Real Estate Principles & Practices (30 Hours)

| This course is only for an individual who successfully completed a 30 Hour Real Estate Principles and Practices course, and has been directed by the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, Real Estate Division to enroll in a 30 hour course.
Individuals seeking a 30 Hour Real Estate Principles and Practices Course, can enroll at any time during a 60 Hour Real Estate Principles and Practices Course up to Mid-Point. Registration must be arranged through the office.
Note, the student of a 30 Hour Principles & Practices course must pass the same final exam given to a 60 Hour Real Estate Principles & Practices student.
