TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I understand and agree that this agreement is subject to acceptance by The Connecticut Real Estate Institute, Inc., and is governed
by the laws of the State of Connecticut. There are no warranties expressed or implied, and verbal understandings and agreements
with representatives shall not bind the school unless set forth herein.

Further, I understand that The Connecticut Real Estate Institute has the right to change class times or to cancel classes.

GENERAL INFORMATION

BOOKS.  Books will be distributed the first night of class.  Books will only be distributed to those students with proper identification.

ADMITTANCE.  On the first night of class, students are permitted into class only with picture identification.

ARRIVAL TIME.  Students are to arrive on time for class. Connecticut State Licensing Laws mandate specific time
requirements for specific licenses and renewals; therefore, it is of utmost importance not only to be punctual,
but to stay throughout the entire lecture.
 
STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO CLASS AFTER THE CLASS BEGINS.

CANCELLATIONS AND DELAYS.  If the school cancels a class due to inclement weather conditions a make-up class will be
rescheduled; however, those students who do not show up, due to inclement weather conditions for a class in session will be
considered a no-show.

COMPLETION.  In addition to the time requirements mandated by Connecticut State Licensing Laws, pre-licensing applicants
must achieve a minimum grade of seventy percent (70%).

Upon completion all pre-licensing students will be issued a Certification of Completion.  Certificates
are issued within ten (10) business days after the close of class. This Certification must
be included with the student's application to the Connecticut Real Estate Exam.

Continuing Education students will receive a Certificate of Completion, and their credit hours will be uploaded to the
State repository responsible for handling license renewal.

MAKE-UP POLICY.  If a student misses more than one session during this period, the school will charge a $35
make-up fee per class session.

STUDENTS CANNOT EXCEED THREE MAKE-UP CLASSES.  MAKE-UP CLASSES ARE ON AN AVAILABILITY ONLY BASIS,
AND MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 20 DAYS OF THE CLASS ENDING DATE.

REFUND POLICY.

If the school cancels a class the student will receive a full refund.

Withdrawal within 7 days prior to class start, the school will refund 70% of tuition. Withdrawal within 5 days prior to class start,
the school will refund 50% of tuition.  Withdrawal within 3 days prior to class start, the school will refund 30% of tuition.  
The school must receive notification of withdrawal either by e-mail or certified mail.

Withdrawal on or after the start date of class, the school will retain 100% of tuition.
